R. Scott Taylor Jr.

Scott was born and raised on the Treasure Coast and is currently Of Counsel to the firm, Treasure Coast Legal. He is a civil trial attorney who now focuses his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance disputes. Scott has experience litigating cases, on both the plaintiff and defense sides, involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability and dangerous conditions, other personal injury claims, construction law, construction liens, real property disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes.

As a practicing attorney, Scott has received several awards and designations, including the prestigious "Rising Star" designation from Super Lawyers®, Palm Beach Media Group's Stuart Magazine Top Lawyers, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Justice Major B. Harding American Inns of Court, Florida Justice Association, Martin County Bar Association, Port St. Lucie Bar Association, and Young Professionals of Martin County.
